Here are all my TOS (terms of service) which apply to Designs and Artworks made by me. By ordering a commission or purchasing/receiving a design of mine you automatically agree to my terms, so be sure to read through them!Violating these simple rules will result in a block or blacklisting. I always link my TOS when selling adoptables or offering commissions, so they cannot be overseen!All my TOS can also be found in the ownership history tab on each design made by me on Toyhouse.

Terms of Service for Designs

✦ You can gift, trade and sell any of my designs. Reselling has a few limitations however: You can only resell a design for the same amount of money you spent on them! If you have extra art added, you can reasonably reprice them, no matter what kind of art you added/how it was obtained (commissioned art, personal art, gifted art, etc.). I believe any kind of art has worth! Just please be honest when pricing and don't overprice them. ♡✦ My designs can be changed/redesigned to your hearts content - they only need to stay at least a bit recognizeable to the original design I made.✦ I don't mind my designs being co-owned, you can go ahead with that! Just please be mindful of who you co-own them with.✦ You can make different forms of my designs (as example give them different open/closed species forms, etc.), but they need to stay connected to the main one, especially if you sell/trade/gift it away.✦ Do not put yourself as the creator/designer on Toyhouse! If you did a bigger redesign however, I'm fine with if you add yourself as designer too!✦ Commercial use is allowed, as long as you still credit me for the design!✦ Please do not use any of my designs in fusion/breeding grids.✦ My designs may not be donated to any kind of "shelters" on Toyhouse!✦ My designs may not be used for NFTs or AI. I also dislike my designs being used as trading fodder.✦ A special rule regarding free/freebie designs made by me, since I had this happen quite often already and it upsets me. If you receive a free design from me, please do not quickly slap some art on their profile and resell them immidialy. It's very rude since I make those designs for people to enjoy, not to try and make some quick cash. Please try making designs yourself if you are in bitter need of money, thanks!

Terms of Service for Artworks

✦ My artworks may only be used by the people they were made for! If the character I made art of changes owners, the new owner has the right to use the art of course.✦ Please do NOT draw over my artworks! I really dislike when people do that. If you want any kind of changes, feel free to hmu, I'm always happy to help out!✦ Do not claim my artworks as made by you.✦ Do not remove my watermark!✦ My artworks can be reposted (by the person the art was made for), but only with credit!
