Here you can view all of my TOS (Terms of Service) regarding Commissions, Artworks and Designs of mine. Please make sure to read through them when ordering a commission or receiving a design made by me.By ordering a commission or receiving a design/adoptable made by me, you automacially agree to my terms! I always link my TOS when offering commissions or designs/adoptables, so they cannot be missed.Any failure to follow my TOS will result in a blacklist/block! I will not work with you anymore and keep my distance.All my TOS can also be found in the ownership history tab on each design made by me on Toyhouse.
✦ Payments: All payments must be made upfront.✦ Deadlines and Delivery: My turn around time is usually around 2-4 weeks. Depending on my To-Do List, Work and my mental health my turn around time might vary. I will always make sure to update you about any bigger delays!✦ Refunds: I'm not able to do refunds on already started commissions, so please be sure about purchasing! However, if something should happen and I cannot finish your commission anymore, I will do a partial refund on started commissions and a full refund on not started commissions.I have the right to end the commission process and refund you if I no longer wish to work with you.✦ Communication: I'll always make sure to send you WIP's on your commission and give you updates. Please make sure to check your notifications to not miss out on any updates! I'm also up to communicate via discord.
✦ My artworks cannot be modified, drawn over or traced in anyway! If somethings not after your liking, do be sure to ask for a change in the commission process where I have the chance to fix any mistakes.✦ My artworks may only be used by the people they were made for! If the character I made art of changes owners, the new owner has the right to use the art.✦ You are allowed to use artworks privately (examples: avatar on websites, background on your desktop, or printed goods for your own use), they cannot be used commercial (anything where you receive money for the display/use of my work)!✦ You are not allowed to remove the watermark from my artwork!✦ Do not claim my artwork as made by you.✦ My artworks may not be used for NFT's or AI.✦ I have the right to use your finished commission as example for my art portfolio and/or upload it to my social medias. Your commission will always have a bigger watermark over it for protection, you will be the only one who receives the version with only my normal small watermark.✦ You are allowed to repost my art, but only with proper credit and a link back to me! ✦ You can gift, trade and sell any of my designs. Reselling has a few limitations however: You can only resell a design for the same amount of money you spent on them! If you have extra art added, you can reasonably reprice them, no matter what kind of art you added/how it was obtained (commissioned art, personal art, gifted art, etc.). I believe any kind of art has worth! Just please be honest when pricing and don't overprice them. ♡✦ My designs can be changed/redesigned to your hearts content - they only need to stay at least a bit recognizeable to the original design I made.✦ I don't mind my designs being co-owned, you can go ahead with that! Just please be mindful of who you co-own them with.✦ You can make different forms of my designs (as example give them different open/closed species forms, etc.), but they need to stay connected to the main one, especially if you sell/trade/gift it away.✦ Do not put yourself as the creator/designer on Toyhouse! If you did a bigger redesign however, I'm fine with if you add yourself as designer too!✦ Commercial use is allowed, as long as you still credit me for the design!✦ Please do not use any of my designs in fusion/breeding grids.✦ My designs may not be donated to any kind of "shelters" on Toyhouse!✦ My designs may not be used for NFTs or AI. I also dislike my designs being used as trading fodder.✦ A special rule regarding free/freebie designs made by me, since I had this happen quite often already and it upsets me. If you receive a free design from me, please do not quickly slap some art on their profile and resell them immidialy. It's very rude since I make those designs for people to enjoy, not to try and make some quick cash. Please try making designs yourself if you are in bitter need of money, thanks!
