Main rules for designs and drawings i made

✦ Don't resell a character you received from me for more than you paid - except they come with extra art! Please be honest about their worth when reselling.✦ Do not use my designs in breeding/fusion grids!✦ Do not put yourself as the creator/designer on toyhou.se!✦ Trading, selling, gifting is only allowed on Toyhouse, Deviantart and Furaffinity! I do not like my designs being given away over Facebook, Amino, Instagram or whichever other website.✦ Do not delete my characters off of toyhou.se! Keeping them there, helps me to keep track of my designs. Making them private is fine, just lmk!✦ Please don't claim the design or the drawings I made as created by you.✦ You can repost my drawings, but only with credit!✦ Do not draw over my drawings without permission! Just let me know if you want to change anything, I'm also more than happy to help you!✦ My designs can always be retraded or gifted, I don't mind that. Just please don't use them only to trade around with no end or gain profit (immidialy reselling them after getting them). It's disrespectful!✦ You can redesign a character I created, I don't mind! Just don't change them beyond recognizeable.✦ My designs may not be used for NFTs, AI's or as Commercial Use.✦ My designs may not be donated to any kind of "shelters" on Toyhouse!✦ This rule only applies to free/freebie designs that were created by myself! If you receive a character of mine for free/as freebie and I see that you only use them to gain profit (as example; quickly slap some art on their profile and directly try to sell/trade them) I will block and blacklist you without a warning. I already had that a couple of times and it upsets me. I give those characters away to make some people happy and not to be used like that just to get some quick money. If you do need the money badly, go ahead and make some designs by yourself!

Blacklist

All users listed here have been blacklisted by me and may not receive any designs of mine. I'm done with these people and want to keep my distance from them.✦ pomeph/6keta6/devilnyas/voidnyas - or whatever their name is now, they love running away. They sold the same design to me and a different person, I noticed it and wrote them, suddenly they deleted their account and when I called them out they threw a tantrum and tried stuffing money into my mouth to delete my journal about them and post an apology.
